unto him the said S.D. Tillman all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: The East half of the South
West quarter of section one Township (10) ten South of Range (22) Twenty Two
East Containing by estimation Eighty acres of land more or less. Together with
all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said
Samuel D. Tillman and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever And him the said Augustus Monroe do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said S.D. Tillman that he lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that he will and heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto ___
the said _________ and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto

Alachua County } me personally appeared Mrs J.E. Monroe wife of Augustus
Monroe the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of Conveyance for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of
Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquish=
ment and renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.
