       John J. Barr and Wife To W.M. Knox Guardian
                           "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this June 1st AD 1881 between John J. Barr
and Wife Susan D. Barr who Joins in this indenture for the purpose of relinquishing
and conveying all her right of Dower in and to the premises hereinafter
mentioned and described of the first part and W.M. Knox Guardian of John E.
Thrasher and Annie L. Thrasher of the second part Witnesseth that the
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred
(#80000) dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto
the party of the second part a Two 2/5 fifths in and to the House & Lot in
the Town of Micanopy County of Alachua State of Florida Known as the
Babtist Church Lot containing three 3/4 fourths of an acre said lot being
more fully described in Deed from Deacons of Babtist Church to John
J. Barr lines to same Joining Lands of John J. Barr being the fence as it
now stands enclosing the two large oaks on the lot. To Have and to Hold
to the said party of the second part all our right title and interest in
and to the premises and the appurtenances thereto appertaining. The
parties of the first Warrants and will defend the titles to the property
conveyed from all persons claiming the same. In witness whereof the parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals this June 1st
AD 1881

Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me Susan D. Barr to me well
known who having been first examined separate and apart from her
husband John J. Barr did acknowledge that she did renounce all her
right of Dower to the premises conveyed by her & her husband John J.
Barr to W.M. Knox by their foregoing deed and without fear or
Compulsion of or from her said husband

Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me John J. Barr and Wife
Susan D. Barr both to me well known who acknowledged that they
did sign and execute the foregoing deed made by them to W.M. Knox and
