    Aquilla Rogers and wife To Margaret L. Beckham
                            "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that Aquilla Rogers and his
Alachua County   } wife Margaret A. Rogers of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of Thirty dollars to them in hand paid by
Margaret L. Beckham of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her
the said Margaret L. Beckham all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows, to wit Being a fractional part
of the North half (N1/2) of the North East quarter of the South East quarter
(NE1/4 of the South E1/4) of Section twenty two (22) Township Eight (8) south of
Range twenty-one east. Commencing at the North East corner of said tract and
running six (6) rods west, thence South across the said North half of the said
North East quarter of South East quarter of said section twenty two thence
East six rods to section line thence North to place of beginning containing
by estimation ____ acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto her the said
Margaret L. Beckham and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple and absolute and we the said Aquilla Rogers and Margaret A. Rogers
his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Margaret L. Beckham that
we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein conveyed; and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same, that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her
the said Margaret L. Beckham and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this sixth day of September
AD 1881
