Alachua County   } before me personally appeared Mrs Margaret A. Rogers wife
of Aquilla Rogers the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and
that said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made
by her freely and voluntarily and without and compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

                         Deed
This Indenture made the twenty first day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eighty one Between John W. Hudson and
Rachel Hudson his wife of Madison Wis S. Mackey of Reedsburg Wis and
F. Mackey of Minneapolis Minn parties of the first part and M.M. Gaskin
of the State of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged have given granted bargained
sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and confirm
unto the said parties of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
the following described Real Estate situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to wit: That portion of the Ed Haile tract situate
in Alachua County State of Florida described in a plat of said lands
caused to be made by Mackey and Hudson and recorded in the Clerk's
office of said County in Deed Book "J" of Deeds page 906 on which said
plat said lands are described as lot Sixteen (16) Together with all and
singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining; and all the estate, right, title interest
