described as follows to wit: That portion of the Ed Haile tract situate
in Alachua County Florida described in a plat of said lands caused to be
made by Mackey and Hudson and recorded in the Clerks office of said County in
Deed Book "J" of the records of Deeds page 906 on which said plat said lands are
described as being Lot Number Sixteen (16) containing 35 acres more or less
containing 35 acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to hold the same unto him the said
Henry W. Baker and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute And we the said M.M. Gaston and Amanda F.
Gaston his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Henry
W. Baker that we lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Henry W. Baker and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set

Gaston wife of M.M. Gaston the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in
and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
