                 James F Guin To Clarissa Wade
                           "Deed"
  This Indenture made this Twenty second day of Nov AD one thousand
Eight Hundred and Seventy Seven between James F. Guin of the County
of Levy and State of Florida of the first part and Clarissa Wade of Alachua
County State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
James F. Guin of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One Hundred and fifty Dollars Sixty two 50/100 Dollars of which amount he
hereby acknowledges to have received together with one promissory Note of
Clarissa Wade for Eighty seven 50/100 Dollars payable the first day of
November AD One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Eight with lawful
Interest from the Twenty second day of November 1877 has bargained
sold granted and conveyed and by these presents does fully and freely
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Clarissa Wade and the
heirs of Ephraim Wade forever also that certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and which 
is known and described as follows: The East 1/2 of the South West
Qr of Section (31) Thirty one Township (11) Eleven Range (19) Nineteen
containing Eighty Acres more or less. To have and to hold the afore=
granted premises together with all and singular the tenements heredita=
ments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto said Clarissa
Wade and the heirs of Ephraim Wade in fee simple forever and
said James F. Guin for himself and for his heirs executors and
administrators does covenant with Clarissa Wade and the heirs of
Ephraim Wade that he is lawfully seized in fee of the afore granted
premises that they are free from all incumbrances; that he has
a good right to sell and convey the same to Clarissa Wade and the
heirs of Ephraim Wade and that the said James F. Guin will and 
his heirs and executors and Administrators shall warrant and defend
the same to Clarissa Wade and the heirs of Ephraim Wade forever against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons whatsoever. In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this (13) Thirteenth day of
Decr 1877
