         James M. Hawthorn To The Florida Commercial Company
                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I James M.
Alachua County   } Hawthorn of the County and State aforesaid for and
in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to me cash in hand
this day paid by The "Florida Commercial Company" a Corporation duly
incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold aliened transferred and conveyed and by
these presents do grant, bargain sell alien transfer and convey unto the 
said corporation the "Florida Commercial Company" all of the Timber and
trees that will make saw logs and square not less than ten inches
now growing Standing upon and being upon those certain Sections parcels
or tracts of land Situated in Alachua County in the State of Florida
and particularly described as Sections Twenty two (22) and Twenty seven (27)
in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty two (22) East together with
the right and privilege of sawing felling cutting clearing and removing said
timber and trees off and from said lands at such time and times
and in such manner as the said "Florida Commercial Company" their
successors or assigns shall see proper to do within Five years from date
together also with the full and unobstructed right and privilege unto
the said "Florida Commercial Company" and to its successors and
assigns servants agents operatives and employees at any and all
times to have the full and free right of ingress and egress upon
said lands with teams and vehicles or with any other implements
or machinery for the purpose of felling sawing cutting or removing
the said Timber and Trees from off of the said lands. To have and to
hold the said Timber and Trees and rights and privileges aforesaid
unto the said "Florida Commercial Company" and to its successors
and assigns In Witness Whereof I the said James M. Hawthorne have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this Eighth day of September
