          Julia and W.K. Cessna To Dolla Scott
                         "Deed"
 Know all men by these presents that we Julia Cessna & W.K. Cessna
her husband who joins in this deed to approve the action of the said Julia
Cessna his wife in the premises both of Alachua County State of Florida in
consideration of the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars to us paid by
Dolla Scott of said Alachua County Florida do hereby give grant sell and
convey to the said Dolla Scott all that piece or parcel of land lying in
said Alachua county and State of Florida and particularly described as
follows; Commencing at the half mile stake on line between Sections thirteen
& fourteen Township ten S Range Nineteen East and running thence West
along the half mile line dividing section 14 T10 S R19 E Twenty & a half
chains to the beginning point thence south twenty four & 60/100 chains to the
Gary Grant line Thence South Westerly along said line five & 40/100 chains to
a Stake thence North Twenty five & 50/100 chains to the half mile line thence
East four 1/2 chains to the point of beginning containing ten acres more
or less. Together with all the appurtenances and belongings thereto
To have and to hold to the said Dolla Scott her heirs and
assigns in fee simple forever and we the said Julia Cessna & W.K.
Cessna grantors aforesaid do covenant with the said Dolla Scott her
heirs & assigns that we are seized in fee simple of the aforegranted
lands that they are free from all incumbrances and that we will and
and our heirs and assigns shall warrant and defend the title to the
same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever
