                   James F. Guin to Joseph Jeames Jenkins and Susan Jeames Jenkins
                                    "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that James F. Guin of the
Alachua County   } County of Levy and State of Florida for and in Consideration of the sum
of Thirty Five dollars to him in hand paid by Joseph Jeames Jenkins and Susan Jeames
Jenkins of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and sold and do by these presents grant, bargain sell
and convey unto the said Joseph J. Jenkins and Susan J. Jenkins their heirs, executors
administrators and assigns forever the following described lot or parcel of land Situate
lying and being in the State of Florida County of Alachua State of Florida to wit:
The West half of the North West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Thirty
one (31) Township Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) To Have and To Hold the above
granted, bargained and described premises together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said James F. Guin his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever. And the said James F. Guin for
himself and for his heirs executors administrators and assigns do covenant and
agree to and with the said Joseph J. Jenkins and Susan J. Jenkins that he
will and his heirs executors administrators and assigns Shall forever
warrant and defend the title to the above described premises against all
and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this 8th day
of November AD 1880
