Mary J. Fagan to George W. Easterlin as Trustee _
"Deed of Trust"
This Indenture made this the twenty seventh day of October AD 1879
between Mary J. Fagan of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part; and George W. Easterlin of the same place party of the
second part: Witnesseth: Whereas the said Mary J. Fagan is desirous of
making provision for her children Thomas Easterlin Gertrude Estelle and
Juanita Fagan heirs of my body against future contingencies
and for the support maintenance and education of my said children
And whereas the said Mary J. Fagan is desirous that her said children
should enjoy the proceeds rents issues and increase of the real estate
and personal property hereinafter mentioned and particularly described
during the term of their natural lives free from the control liabilities
or interference of the said Mary J. Fagan or of any other person or persons
whatsoever. Now Witnesseth That the said Mary J. Fagan in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar to her in hand paid by
the said George W. Easterlin party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath bargained, sold, aliened remised released
confirmed and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part the following real estate situate lying and being in the
County and State first above written to wit. The South East quarter of the
South East quarter of section Two Township 8 South Range 18,E
together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. And also the notes and
accounts goods and chattels One horse, Cattle, hogs, household and Kitchen
furniture together with all the estate right title claim and demand
whatsoever as well at law as in equity of the said party of the first part
of in or to the above described property and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances of the said real estate unto the said George W. Easterlin
his Successors and assigns In trust and to and for the several uses intents
and purposes hereinafter mentioned. First. In trust to sell the said real
estate and personal property or to lease or rent the same and to take collect
receive the proceeds of sale or rents issues and profits thereof and out of the
same to Keep the said premises in good repair and pay the taxes and other
incidental expenses. Second - In trust to invest or loan the residue and
and profits of such sale rents issues and income as in the Judgement
of the said party of the second part may be to the best interest and profit
of my said Children, untill the Youngest shall come to the age of
twenty one or years of maturity according to the laws of the State in
she may then reside at which time the said party of the second
part shall - In trust divide the proceeds rents issues and income
