Juanita Fagan share and share alike. And the said party of the
second part doth hereby signify his acceptance of this trust and doth

       Amalie Shiretzki and Husband To Bohem C. Dupont
                                "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this the second day of September
Alachua County   } in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun eighty
one between Amelia Shiretzki and her husband Michaelis Shiretzki
of the State and County aforesaid parties of the first part and Bohem C.
Dupont of the City of Savannah and State of Georgia party of the second
part Witnesseth. That the said parties of the first part for and in consid=
eration of the sum of ($1200 00/100) Twelve hundred dollars to them in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do sell transfer and convey unto the said
Bohem C. Dupont party of the second part all of that Tract or lot of
land situated in the eastern part of the village of Micanopy and known as the
Charles J. Thone place and more particularly described as laying and being
situated in the South east part of section (26) Twenty six Township
(11) Eleven Range (20) Twenty east bounded on the North and east
by the lands of Thomas McCradie on the South and west by
the lands of F.L. Freyer all of which are situated in the State
and County aforesaid containing (6 1/2) Six and one half acres more or
less The afore described property is hereby in good faith conveyed
to the said Bohem C. Dupont his heirs and assigns to have and to
hold the same together with all the appurtenances rights privileges
and interest wholly and singularly thereunto belonging for their own
proper use behoof and benefit in fee simple forever. In Testimony
