Alachua Count    } for said County personally appeared Amelia
Shiretzki and her husband Michaelis Shiretzki who acknowledge 
that they signed the foregoing deed or indenture for the uses and
purposes therein set forth. Witness my hand and seal this second
day of September AD 1881

that he saw Amelia Shiretzki and her husband Michaelis Shiretzki
parties to the forgoing deed sign the same for the uses and 
purposes therein set forth and he together with Simon H. Benjamin
signed the same as witnesses Sworn to and subscribed before me this
2nd day of September AD 1881

         Michael O Hara To Ida E. Burnett
                     "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Michael
Alachua County   } O Hara of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred & Eighty five dollars to me in
hand paid by Ida E. Burnett of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto her the said Ida E. Burnett all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: The West half of Block Five (5) of Browns Addition to the
Town of Gainesville Alachua County State of Florida being in the North
West Quarter of section Five (5) Township Ten (10) S Range Twenty (20) E
containing by estimation Five acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and Hold the
same unto her the said Ida E. Burnett and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and I the said
Michael O Hara do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Ida E. Burnett that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
