and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto her the said Ida E. Burnett and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same

    Michael O'Hara To John and Mary O'Hara
                  "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Michael
Alachua County   } O'Hara of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten dollars to me in hand paid by John and
Mary O'Hara of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained sold and 
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
them the said John and Mary O'Hara all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: One half acre of land in the South West corner of the
East half of lot Number thirty seven (37) of Brown's Addition to the
Town of Gainesville the said lot lying West and adjoining the lot of
P.M. Oliver containing by estimation one half acre of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto them the said John and Mary O Hara
and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
and absolute And I the said Michael O'Hara do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said John and Mary O Hara that I am lawfully
