seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto them the said John and Mary O Hara and to
their heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 13th day of September AD 1881

      Esther M. Powell and Husband To Honora B. Shaw
                             "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this the Twelvth day of August in the year
Alachua County   } one thousand eight hundred & Eighty one between Esther M. Powell
and her husband Benjamin W. Powell of the first part of the County and
State aforesaid and Honora B. Shaw of the County of Jackson and of the State
of Wisconsin of the second part Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of 
the sum of Three Hundred and five & 10/100 dollars to them in hand paid at and
before the signing sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part have given granted
bargained sold and conveyed & by these presents do so give, grant bargain sell
and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs or assigns the
following Real Estate "That is to say" one lot of land and water containing
Twenty five acres more or less Situate in and being near the North East corner
of fractional Section (21) Twenty one Township (11) Eleven and Range (20) Twenty
the said land begins at a point (10) Ten chains west of the North East corner
of said fractional section and running thence North Eighty four and a half degrees
west along the south boundary line of the Moses E. Levy Grant (10) Ten chains
thence south five and a half degrees West about (25) Twenty five chains to the
land or water owned by Mr Blackiston Thence in an easterly direction (10)
