ten chains thence North five and a half degrees east about (25) Twenty five chains
to the point of beginning. To have and to hold the parcel of land and water above
described and conveyed to the said party of the second part her heirs executors
administrators or assigns in fee simple forever together with all and singular the
improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors adminis=
trators or assigns covenant and agree with the said party of the second part that
they will and their heirs executors administrators or assigns shall warrant
and defend the titles to the same against the legal or equitable claims and
demands of all persons claiming or to claim by through or under them or
either of them. In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals on the day and year first

compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my said husband
executed the foregoing Indenture of Deed thereby conveying to the said Honora B.
Shaw all my right title and interest to the parcel of land therein described
and conveyed including my right of Dower as well as my fee simple interest
in the same In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this the Twelvth day of August AD 1881.
