me a Judicial officer of the State of Florida the above named Margaret L. Beckham
to me well known as the wife of A.C. Beckham and as one of the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Quit claim Deed who being at the
time separate and apart from her husband the said Margaret L. Beckham did

"Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the fourteenth day of December
AD Eighteen Hundred & Eighty between Henry F. Willis of Alachua County
Florida of the first part & Wiley Jones of the second part. Witnesseth That the
said party of the first part for & in consideration of the sum of two
hundred dollars ($20000) to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted
bargained sold relinquished & remised & by these presents does give grant
bargain sell alien release & convey unto the said party of the second part
& to his heirs all that certain lot or parcel of land lying & being in the
County of Alachua & State of Florida described as follows to wit: The South
West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty (20) Town Nine (9)

To Have & To Hold the above described premises together with all & singular

himself & for his heirs executors administrators & assigns does covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs
executors administrators & assigns that he is possessed of a good &
indefeasible fee simple title to the above described premises & that he conveys
the same as he has hereby conveyed the same free & discharged from all
legal encumbrances of every nature whatever that he will & does
