               J.E.W. Markey and wife To Jehew Chesser
                                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we J.E.W. Markey
Alachua County   } and Martha M. Markey of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred dollars to me
in hand paid by Jehew C. Chesser of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt where of I do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said Jehew Chesser all of that certain lot
piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: The North East quarter & the South East quarter of the
North West quarter of Section nine in Township Seven Range Eighteen
South & East containing by estimation two hundred acres of land more or 
less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
Have and Hold the same unto him the said Jehew Chesser and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute and I the said J.E.W. Markey and Martha M. Markey do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Jehew Chesser that he
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; That the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever. In Witness Whereof we
have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seal on this 31st day of August
