Alachua County } me personally appeared Mrs Martha M. Markey wife
of J.E.W. Markey the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of
Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint appre=
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the eighth day of August in the Year
Alachua County } one thousand eight hundred and eighty one between Phillip
B.H. Dudley Senior party of the first part and Phillip B.H. Dudley Junior
party of the second part, all of the State and County aforesaid Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar lawful money of the United States of America to him in
hand paid by said party of the second part at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained sold aliened, remised, released conveyed and conf=
=irmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien, remise release
convey and confirm unto said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being Situate in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid and
more particularly described as follows The North East quarter of
