to me well know as the wife of Henry E. Dotterer and as one of the
persons described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance
did this day to me on a separate and private examination before me taken
and made separately and apart from her said husband acknowledge
and declare that she made herself a party to and executed the same
for the purpose of renouncing releasing relinquishing and conveying
all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands in said convey
ance described an granted and that she executed the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension fear or

William E. Alexander and Harriet B. Alexander his wife of the County
of Chatham and State of Georgia parties of the first part and The Florida
Commercial Co of     parties of the second part: Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred
