                  A.J. Cauthen To John J. Stroud
                              "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Andrew J. Cauthen of the
Alachua County   } foregoing County and State for and in consideration of value received
paid to me by John J. Stroud the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said John J. Stroud all of that certain lot piece or 
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly described as follows to wit: - Commencing seven hundred
(700) yards west of the South east corner of Lot or Section No Two (2) of what is
known and described on the maps of the "Arredondo Grant" as the "Moses E. Levy
Grant" Thence west along the southern boundary line of said lot No Two (2)
of the "Moses E. Levy Grant" seven hundred and Sixty six and two thirds (766 2/3)
yards thence north seven hundred and sixty six and two thirds (766 2/3) yards
thence East seven hundred and sixty six and two thirds (766 2/3) yards thence South
seven hundred and sixty six and two thirds (766 2/3) yards to the place of beginning
said land being in Township Eleven (11) south of Range Twenty (20, east and
containing seventy-five (75) acres of land more or less by estimate together
with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the same
unto him the said John J. Stroud and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this 11th day of June AD 1881

         James F. Guin To Gilbert Murry
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made this Twenty second day of Nov AD one thousand Eight Hundred
and Seventy Seven between James F. Guin of the County of Levy and State of
Florida of the first part and Gilbert Murray of Alachua County State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth; that that said James F. Guin of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars Sixty
Two 50/100 Dollars of which amount he hereby acknowledges to have received
together with one promissory note of Gilbert Murry for Eighty Seven
