50/100 Dollars payable the first day of November A.D. One Thousand Eight
Hundred and seventy eight with lawful interest from the twenty second
day of Nov. 1877 has bargained, sold, granted and conveyed and by these
presents does fully and freely grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Gilbert Murry and the heirs of Gilbert Murry forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and which is known and described as follows: The
West 1/2 of South West 2 of Section (31) Thirty one Township (11) Eleven
Range (19) Nineteen containing eighty Acres more or less: To have and to
hold the aforegranted premises together with and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenancies thereto belonging unto said Gilbert Murry
and the heirs of Gilbert Murry in fee simple forever and said James F.
Ginn for himself and for his heirs executors and administrators does covenant
with Gilbert Murry and the heirs of Gilbert Murry that he is lawfully
seized in fee of the aforegranted premises that they are free from all
incumbrances; that he has a good right to sell and convey the same
to Gilbert Murry and the heirs of Gilbert Murry and that the said
James F. Ginn will and his heirs, executors and administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to Gilbert Murry and the heirs of
Gilbert Murry forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons whatsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this (13) Thirteenth day of Dec. 1877.

State of Florida} This indenture made on the 19th day of October A.D. 1880 between
Alachua County } Simon Benjamin of the first part and J.C. Winecoff
party of the second part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
sum of Three Hundred and twenty dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents to the reciept whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part has given granted
bargained sold and conveyed by these presents does so give grant bargain |
