sell and convey to the said party of the second part the following described lot or
parcel of land (to wit) commencing at a front on the eastern boundary line of
section (31) Thirty one of Township (11) Eleven & Range (21) Twenty one at a point Thirty six
(36) chains from the South East corner of said section & running thence West
twelve and a half chains (12 1/2) thence South (16) sixteen chains to a Stake thence
East twelve and a half chains (12 1/2) to eastern section line and thence North
along section line sixteen chains (16) to point of beginning & containing twenty acres
of land more or less to have and to hold the said lot or parcel of land unto the
said party of the second part his heirs executors administrators & assigns together
with all and singular the houses buildings improvements and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining in fee simple forever and
the said party of the first part covenants and agrees with the said party of
the second part that at the time of the delivery of these presents the said
party of the first part is seized in fee of the premises that he will warrant
and defend the titles to the same to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said party of the first

Fulton County } commissioner for the State of Florida Carrie S. Benjamin
wife of Simon Benjamin who being duly examined separate and apart
from her said husband says that she hereby renounces and relinquish
all her right of down in the foregoing lot or parcel of land freely & voluntarily
of her own free will and accord without any fear apprehension constraint
or compulsion of or from her said husband. In Testimony whereof she has
this day set her hand and affixed her seal this 19th day of October A. D. 1880.
