Joel R. Durham To Zadoc M. Sanders
"Deed"
This Indenture made the Tenth day of September one thousand eight
hundred and eighty one Between Joel R. Durham of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Zadoc M. Sanders of said County
of the second part Witnesseth; that the said party of the first part in consideration
of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars to him duly paid has bargained and
sold and by these presents does grant bargain sell and convey to the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain lot or tract of land described as follows to wit: The South East Quarter
of the South West Quarter of section (14) Fourteen in Township (10) Ten South
of Range (22) Twenty Two East in said State and County containing Forty
and 05/100 Acres more or less begin the land conveyed to said Durham by
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of said State by Deed No 9,555
with the appurtenances and all the estate right title and interest of the said
party of the first part therein and the said Joel R. Durham does hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that at the time of making this conveyance he is the lawful owner of the
premises above granted and is seized of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance
therein and that they are free and clear of inchoate Dower rights and of all
incumbrances whatsoever and that no one else has any lawful right or
title to said premises or any part thereof, and the above granted premises in
the quiet and peaceful possession of the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever will Warrant and
forever Defend. In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written
