        Frances W. and James Doig to J.H. Post
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Frances W. Doig
Alachua County   } and James Doig her husband of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred dollars
to them in hand paid by J.H. Post of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said J.H. Post all of that
certain lot piece, tract or parcel of land Situated, lying and being
in the County of Alachua, in the State of Florida, particularly
known and described as follows, to wit: In Section four (4) Township
ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East. Said lot Situated East of Sweet
Water Branch and lying East of James Doig's lot and running from
the Center of said Branch one Hundred (180) and Eighty feet to a Stake
thence South Two (200) feet to a Stake within (30) thirty feet of
H. Avera's line thence West Two Hundred and fifty (250) feet to Center
of said Branch: thence up said Branch to the Corner of beginning and
and bounded as follows on the West by Sweet Water Branch which divides
said lot and James Doig lot on the South by J.H. Ropers land: on the
East by H. Averas land a Street of 30 feet dividing said lot from
H. Avera lot on the North by J.H. Ropers lot or James Sanchez
lot containing by estimation one acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten=
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining. To
Have and Hold the same unto him the said J.H. Post and to his
heirs executors, administrators and assigns in fee Simple and
absolute. And we the said Frances W. Doig and James Doig
her husband do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said J.H. Post that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will
and our heirs executors and administrator shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
J.H. Post and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
