                              "Deed"
This Indenture made the twenty seventh day of September 1881 between James M.
Hawthorn and Sarah P. Hawthorn his wife parties of the first part and the
Florida Southern Rail Way Company of the other part. The party of the first
part in consideration of one Dollar paid by the party of the second part ha
bargained, sold, granted and conveyed and do hereby bargain, sell grant and convey
unto the party of the second part its successors and assigns the following
described parcel or parcels of land Situate in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida to wit: The South west quarter of section twenty Seven
