State of Florida } This Indenture made on this fifth day of May AD 1880
Alachua County } between George S. Riggs of the vilage of Micanopy State
and County aforesaid of the first part and John B. McCollum of the vilage
of Micanopy State and County aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred & 50 Dollars to him
in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part
hath bargained sold given granted and conveyed and by these presents
doth so bargain give grant and convey unto the said party of the second
part all that certain tract or parcel of Land situated in the vilage of
Micanopy State and County aforesaid and known and described as follows
That is to say Lot No 20 of block No 2 of Township 2 and Range 5
according to the survey of the Lands of Joel B. Smith. To have and to hold the
