consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part hath
bargained sold given granted and conveyed and by these presents
doth so bargain sell give grant and convey unto the said party of the
second part all certain hereditament Lot or parcel of land lying and
being situated in the Vilage of Micanopy State and County aforesaid
and known and described as follows. That is to say Lot No (25) of Block
two (2) of Township two and Range (5) according to a map of a part of
the lands of Joel B. Smith and by which the parties of the first part
doth sell said Lot being part of Section No Twenty six of Township No
Eleven South of Range No Twenty East of the Arredondo Grant and
containing one acre more or less To have and to hold the above granted
premises with all and singular the appurtenances and all the Estate
title and interest of the first part therein or to the same in any wise
appertaining or belonging unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns in fee simple forever and the said party of the
first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the party of the second
part that at the time of the delivery of these presents the said party of
the first part is the lawful owner of the premises afore granted that
they will and their heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof
the said parties of the first part hath hereunto set their hands and
affixed their seals on this the 24th day of Sept AD 1881

wherein John Brown was Plaintiff and Adaline Brown Louis A. Barnes Louisa J.
Barnes & Elizabeth G. Goldsmith were defendants I John W. Turner as Sheriff of
said Alachua County Florida, have duly levied upon the property hereinafter
described and under and by virtue of said execution have duly advertised
the said property for sale on this 3d day of October AD 1881 according to law,
and whereas on this the 3d day of October AD 1881 I did as such Sheriff
