the said decree at public outcry before the Court house door in the Town of
Gainesville in Alachua County Florida and whereas at said sale Nathaniel
H. Daniels became the purchaser of the said property hereinafter described at
and for the sum of Five hundred & fifty dollars, that being the highest, best
and last sum bid for the same at said sale, and he being the bidder thereof
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I, the said John W. Turner
as such sheriff as aforesaid under and by virtue of the said decree and under
consideration of the said sum of Five hundred & fifty dollars to me as such Sheriff
cash in hand on this day paid by the said Nathan H. Daniels the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained, sold, transferred, aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell transfer alien and
convey unto him the said Nathan H. Daniels the following described property
to wit: Situated & being in the County of Alachua State of Florida & known as
the North West quarter of section Thirty Township nine South of Range Eighteen 
East containing one hundred & fifty nine & 70/100 acres; Also the South East quarter of
section Thirty in Township nine south of Range Eighteen east containing
one hundred & fifty nine & 70/100 acres; Also the South West quarter of section
thirty in Township nine south of Range Eighteen East containing one hundred
& fifty nine & 70/100 acres; also the south half of the North East quarter of
Section thirty in Township nine south of Range Eighteen east containing
Eighty acres making all together (559 & 10/100 acres) five hundred & fifty nine & 10/100
acres, together with improvements thereon. Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto him the
said Nathan H. Daniels and to his heirs and assigns forever as fully as I
the said Sheriff am lawfully authorized and empowered to do. In Witness 
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this the
third day of October AD 1881
