         E.E. Dorsey Elisor To Wm S. Campbell
                             "Deed"
State of Florida } Whereas under  by virtue of an execution issued out of the County
Alachua County   } Court of Alachua County Florida and directed to the Sheriff or
any constable of said County in a Suit lately pending in said Court wherein a
Suit lately pending in said Court wherein Thos F. King was plaintiff and
Jno W. Turner as Sheriff and ex officio Administrator of the estate of J.B. Campbell
deceased was defendant & whereas the said Jno W. Turner being the Administrator 
of said estate could not act as Sheriff in said cause & because thereof I was
appointed as Elisor to act in the place of said Sheriff by order of J.B. Dawkins
Judge of the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida dated August 22d AD 1881 which
said Execution was dated August 29th AD 1881 & was issued under a Judgement
rendered in the said County Court on the 25th day of July AD 1881 in favor
of said King vs said Turner as Administrator Ex officio as aforesaid, I as said
Elisor have duly levied upon the property hereinafter described and under
& by virtue of said execution have duly advertised the said execution
have duly advertised the said property for sale on this the 3d day of
October AD 1881 according to law and whereas on the 3d day of
October AD 1881 I did as such Elisor duly sell the said property
hereinafter described under & by virtue of said execution at public
outcry before the Court House door in the Town of Gainesville in
Alachua County Florida and whereas at said sale Wm S. Campbell
became the purchaser of the said property hereinafter described at & for
the sum of Sixty five dollars that being the highest last and best
sum bid for the same at said sale and said Wm S. Campbell
being the bidder thereof. Now therefore know all men by these
presents that I E.E. Dorsey Elisor appointed as aforesaid under &
by virtue of said execution and under & by virtue of the levy
advertisement and sale there under made and for & in consideration
of the said sum of sixty five dollars to me as said Elisor cash in
hand on this day paid by the said Wm S. Campbell the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened
transferred & conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
& convey unto the said Wm S. Campbell the following described property
to wit, lot number five (5) Sec 34 Township 8 Range 19 containing
fifty acres more or less and the west half of lot number two in fra
=ctional Section Three (3) Township nine Range nineteen containing
twenty five acres more or less all situated in Alachua County
Florida: Together with all & singular the rights and tenements &
appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging; To have & to hold
the same unto the said Wm S. Campbell & to his heirs & assigns
forever as fully as I the said Elisor am lawfully authorized &
empowered to do In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
