Alachua County } afore said John Hodge and acknowledged that she signed the
foregoing Deed of conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing her Dower and all
of her Right Title and claim to the foregoing described Land and that she did the
same voluntarily of her own free will and accord without any fear or compulsion
from or on the part of her said Husband this the Seventh day of September AD 1881

William P. Boulware To Catharine A. Reddish
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that I William P. Boulware of
Alachua County } the County and State above written for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred and Sixty dollars to me in hand paid by Cathrine A.
Reddish of the County and State as aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Cathrine A. Reddish her heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever the following described lot or parcel
of land to wit the South half of the South East quarter of the North East
quarter of Section (20) Twenty Township (9) nine South of Range (22) Twenty Two
containing Twenty acres more or less. To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to the said Cathrine A. Reddish her heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee Simple absolute forever - And the said William P. Boulware for himself and
for his heirs executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with
the said Cathrine A. Redish that he will defend the title to the above described
premises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the
same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal on this 20th day of September AD 1881
