            J.J. Jones and Wife to Sallie Holt
                              "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That I J.J. Jones and Virginia E.
Alachua County   } Jones wife of the said J.J. Jones both of Jonesville in said County
and State in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations the
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged to us paid by Sallie
Holt of said County do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Sallie Holt the following described piece or parcel of land with the
buildings and improvements thereon situated: The North West quarter (NW1/4) of
the South-west quarter (SW1/4) of Section Six Township Ten Range Eighteen South
and East containing Forty acres more or less according to the Government
Survey of the State of Florida lying and being in said Alachua County
To have and to hold to the said Sallie Holt her heirs and assigns forever in
fee simple, and we the said J.J. Jones and Virginia E. Jones aforesaid for
ourselves, our heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant with the
said Sallie Holt her heirs executors administrators and assigns that we are seized
in fee simple of the above granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
and that we have good right and title to convey the same, and that we will & our heirs
executors and administrators shall warrant & defend the above granted premises
against the lawful claims and demands of all person whomsoever. And for the
consideration aforesaid I the said Virginia E. Jones join in this conveyance for
the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing to the said Grantee her heirs
and assigns all my right of dower and homestead in for and to the afore granted
premises. -In testimony whereof we the said J.J. Jones and Virginia E. Jones
have hereunto set our hand and seals this 27th day of September AD 1881
