Annie L. and D.W.L. Barton to William Mack
Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents, That We Annie L. Barton &
Alachua County } D.W.L. Barton of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the Sum of one hundred & Forty dollars to us in hand paid
by William Mack of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained sold
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
him the said William Mack and his heirs & assigns all of that Certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows, to wit: Being a fractional part of Sec 27 Township (10) Range 19 in
Arredondo Grant and more particularly described as follows, being the
Northern portion of Lot (2) Two according to the survey of J.L. Banks
and placed on the Public Records of Alachua County Deed Book I page
56 & 57 - containing by estimation thirteen acres of land, more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurt=
enances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold
the same unto him the said William Mack and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute And we the said
Annie L. Barton & D.W.L. Barton her husband do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said William Mack that we are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said William Mack and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
