                                "Deed"
State of Florida } Whereas I George W. Sparkman of the State and County
Alachua County   } aforesaid am desirous of providing a Support and Mantainance
for my Sister Susannah F. Finger the wife of Wm L. Finger and her children
Carey B. Finger, George F. Finger, Susan Pet Finger William L. Finger Jr and
Robert Lee Finger - and any other children which may be born to her
hereafter. Therefore Know all men by these presents that we George W. Sparkman
and S.A. Sparkman husband and wife for and in consideration of the
premises and for and in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to us in
hand on this day paid have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto them the said Susannah
