George F. Finger Susan Pet Finger William L. Finger Jr and Robert Lee Finger and
any other children which may hereafter be born to her the following described
real estate to wit: Lots number Two (2) and Three (3) and Six (6) and Seven (7) in the
town of Yulee of Section Six (6) township nine (9) South of Range Twenty one (21)
East containing one hundred and forty acres more or less also that parcel or tract
of land lying north of the Rail Road being a portion of the North West quarter
of the South West Quarter of fractional Section (5) five in Township nine (9) Range
Twenty one (21) containing Two Acres more or less. Provided always and these presents
are upon this express condition That is to say the aforesaid grant is made and
hereby executed for the purpose of providing the support aforesaid and to
that end the same is made for the sole use and benefit of the said Susannah
F. Finger and her children the said Susannah F. Finger to have only a life
time interest therein and at her death the same to revert to the said children
before mentioned the same to be equally divided between all of her said children share
and share alike the said property to be equally divided only and only at the
time when all of said children shall all have arrived at the age of Twenty
one Years. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to
hold the same unto them the said Susannah F. Finger wife of Wm L. Finger and
her children Carey B. Finger George F. Finger Susan Pet Finger William L. Finger Jr
and Robert Lee Finger and any other children which may be born to her
and we the said George W. Sparkman and S.A. Sparkman husband and
wife hereby covenant and agree to warrant the said Susannah F. Finger
wife of Wm L. Finger and her children Carey B. Finger George F. Finger Susan 
Pet Finger William L. Finger Jr and Robert Lee Finger and any other who
may be born to her in the quiet and peaceable possession of the before described
Real estate. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on this 10th day of October AD 1881
