Cobb County      } Know all men by these presents that we Francis L. Freyer
and Julia B. Freyer his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Ninety
Five dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey to William Humphries of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida his heirs and assigns the following property lying and being
in the Eastern part of the Town of Micanopy County of Alachua and State of --
Florida and described as follows: One town lot Containing one and three fourths
acres and one thirteenth part of an acre an is bounded as follows: Beginning
at the North West corner of the Lot owned & occupied by William Canty running
West to a Stake on the line dividing my land from the lands of Thomas
McCredie and James E. Ferguson said Stake being Twenty feet East of a Pine
and three Hundred & forty six (346 feet from the NW corner and division line
of Lots owned by Susan Ferguson and Self thence South to the Ocala Road
Two Hundred & Fifty Five feet to a Stake twenty feet north of the NE corner
of school lot in said line; then South Easterly along said Ocala Road
(as it now runs) to the SW Corner of William Cantys lot; thence along the line
of said Lot four hundred and Sixty nine (469) feet to the point of beginning
Containing 1 3/4 & 1/3 part of acres as Stated. To have and to hold the said bargained
premises to him the said William Humphries his heirs and assigns in fee
Simple forever = And I the said Julia Barrows Freyer wife of Francis L. Freyer
do hereby release and quit claim unto the said William Humphries his
heirs and assigns all my right claim or possibility of dower in or out of the
aforedescribed premises, In Witness Whereof we hereunto set our hands and
seals this 20th day of April AD 1881
