State of Ohio   } SS I Saml W. Ramp Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in and
Hamilton County } for said County which is a Court of Record having a seal Do
hereby Certify that Joseph Schultz whose name is subscribed to the Certificate
or proof of acknowledgment of the annexed instrument and therein written was at
the time of taking such proof or acknowledgment a Notary Public in and for said
County duly commissioned and qualified and duly authorized to take the same, And
further that I am well acquainted with the handwriting of said Schultz and
verily believe that the signature to the said Certificate or proof of acknowledgment
is genuine. I further Certify That said instrument is executed and acknowledged
according to the laws of this State

    Rollin M. Witt and Wife to Mrs M.E. Turner and Mrs F.C. Patton
                              Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That Rollin M. Witt and
Alachua County   } Maria A. Witt his wife of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred dollars to
them in hand paid by Mrs M.E. Turner and Mrs F.C. Patton of the County
of Clarke in the State of Mississipi the receipt whereof they do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto them the said Mrs M.E.
Turner and Mrs F.C. Patton all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit: Lot No
14 of what is known as the Leitner Place in said State and County on
the map of said Leitner Place made by William C. Miller (CE) and
recorded August 29th 1877 on page 645 of Deed Book "J" of the records of the
Circuit Court for Alachua County Florida containing by estimation
Forty acres of land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto them the said Mrs M.E. Turner and Mrs F.C.
Patton and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
Simple and absolute and we the said Rollin M. Witt and Maria A. Witt
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said M.E. Turner & F.C.
Patton that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
Conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
we will and our heirs executors administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto them the said M.E. Turner and F.E. Patton
and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
