          Robert E. and Thomas A. Johnson Executors to William E. Johnson
                                     "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents, that we Robt E. Johnson
Alachua County   } and Thos A. Johnson Executors of the estate of Augustus H.
Johnson (deceased) of the County and State above written for and in consideration
of the Sum of three dollars to us in hand paid by William E. Johnson of
the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said William E. Johnson his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever the following described lot or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: Beginning at the South East corner of Section twenty three
thence West on the Section line thirty one chains and thirty links to the
South East Corner of said lot or parcel of land thence North 8° East eighty
one chains and twenty five links to corner in Prairie; thence West on Section
line Sixteen chains and ten links to corner in pine land; thence South
10° West fifty Six chains and fifty eight links; thence South 3° East
twenty five Chains to corner on Section line: thence East on Section
line fifteen Chains and fifteen links back to the South East Corner
containing one hundred and forty two 55/100 acres more or less (Said Section
is in Township 11 south of Range 21 East) to have and to hold the above
granted bargained and described premises together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining to the said William E. Johnson his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this
