"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That I William A. Colclough
Alachua County } Widower of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Three hundred & fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs Sarah C.
Little of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said Mrs Sarah C. Little all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Commencing at a point on the Southern Boundary line of section Sixteen (16)
Township nine (9) Range Nineteen (19) East which is Twenty five chains West of the
South East Corner of said Section; thence North Forty (40) chains; thence West
Fifteen (15) chains; thence South Forty (40) chains; Thence East Fifteen (15) chains
to the point of beginning containing Sixty acres more or less; also the North West
Quarter (NW1/4) of said Section Sixteen (16) Township nine (9) South of Range Nineteen
(19) East = all lying and being in Section Sixteen (16) Township nine (9) Range Nineteen
(19) East Containing by estimation 220 acres of land more or less. Together with
all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto her the
said Sarah C. Little and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever And I the said William A. Colclough do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Sarah C. Little that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that I have good
and lawful right to sell the same, that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said Sarah
C. Little and to her heirs executors, administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this First day of July AD 1881
