"Deed"

Alachua County Know all men by these Present that I Penelope L. Standly
of the aforesaid county and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Seventy five ($75.00) Dollars to me in hand paid by Harry
Cooper of the county of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Harry
Cooper all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the county of Alachua, in the State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit; South West quarter of South
West quarter of Section Twenty one (21) in Townsh. eight (8) south Range
Nineteen (19) East containing by Estimation Forty acres of land more or
less, Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and
Hold the same unto him the said Harry Cooper and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and
the said Penelope L. Standly do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Harry Cooper that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have a good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
Kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the
said Harry Cooper and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this 10th of October AD 1881
