Henry Bailey to Samuel L. Swords
"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this __ day of May AD 1881 between
Alachua County } Henry Bailey Bachelor of the State & County aforesaid of the
one part & Samuel L. Swords of the same State & County of the other part, Witnesseth
that the said Henry Bailey for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
& Seventy Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold & conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Samuel L. Swords his heirs and assigns all that piece
or parcel of land lying and being in Said State & County and known and
described as follows:- Commencing at the South West Corner of the North half
of section thirty two (32) and running East Six (6) acres thence North three (3)
acres thence West Six (6) acres thence South three (3) acres to the point of
beginning containing Eighteen acres more or less the same being a fractional
portion of Section thirty two (32) Township nine (9) South Range twenty
(20) East. To have & to hold the said piece or parcel of land unto the Saml
L. Swords his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights
members & appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging; to his
& their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple. And the
said Henry Bailey his heirs Executors & Administrators the said bargained
premises unto the said Saml L. Swords his heirs and assigns will warrant
and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves & against
the claims of all other persons whatever. In Witness Whereof the said Henry
Bailey hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal the day & year above
