This Indenture made the Ninth (9) day of July Anno Domini Eighteen hundred
and Eighty one between Saml A. Swann of the City of Fernandina County of
Nassau and State of Florida (widower) party of the first part, and Willis
L. Ambrose of the City of St Louis County of ______ and State of Missouri
party of the second part; Witnesseth; That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of Fifty ($50) Dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained sold
transferred, and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and his
