execute  deed of conveyance to the land so sold by me. Now therefore know
all men by these presents that I the said G P Thomas as such commissioner
as aforsaid acting under and by authority of said order of Court for and
in consideration of the said sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars to me cash
in hand paid by said Thomas Dodd the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold conveyed and by these 
presents do grant bargain sell & convey unto him the said Thomas
Dodd all that certain piece parcel or lot of land in the town of Gainesville
in said county and State and described as follows: Fractional Lot in
town Common block 7 range 5 being 200 feet front and from the 
southwest corner running east 274 feet more or less to the run of Sweet
water branch thence north up the run os said branch 200 feet thence
west 274 feet more or less, and thence 200 feet to the place of beginnings
Together with all and singular the tenements heriditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To Have & To Hold the
same unto him the said Thomas Dodd and to his heirs executors adminis=
strators & assigns in fee simple absolute forever as fully as I the said
commisssioner under said order of Court & right to sell and convey the same
