of Micanopy in section 26 Township 11 Range 20 - Bounded East by
Public Square North by a Street running East West by lands of Estates of
R.E. Johnston and John A. Cosby - and South by the George B. Payne Lot,
now owned by Dr L. Montgomery containing one half acre more or less - To have
and to hold the above described lot of Land togather with all the improvements
or appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining as against us our
heirs executors or assigns forever - and the parties of the first parts Covenants
and agrees, that they are the lawful owners of the lot previously described, that
they have good and legal right to sell the same and his heirs executors or
administrators will forever Defend. In Witness Whereof the parties of the first
