section Ten (10) Township Eight (8) Range Nineteen (19) East Containing by
Estimation 141 37/100 acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said
Jehew Chesser and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever. And I the said Theophilus Williams do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Jehew Chesser that I _ Lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Jehew
Chesser and to his heirs, executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to

that I, George H. Rich of the City of Gainesville
County of Alachua and State of Florida desires
to make an assignment for the benefit of my Cred-
itors of all the property hereinafter described with
a preference to Z.L. Falk and Company of the City of
Savannah and State of Georgia. Now then in Con-
sideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar
to me in and paid the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
