Stock Situate and being in my store in the said
City of Gainesville consisting of groceries boots and
Shoes dry goods and the general merchandise usually
kept in a general store the fixtures in the said store
and the iron safe in said Store and all the furniture
and appurtenances in the said store together with all
my books notes papers accounts and any and all
other claims due me as the owner and proprietor
of the said Store. To have and to hold all the
foregoing described property to the said Zacharias
Falk in trust to apply the same and the proceeds
of the sale thereof - First to the payment in full
of the amount due by me to the said Z.L. Falk and
Company and after paying the said claim of
Z.L. Falk and Company in full and the expenses
incident to this assignment there in trust for the
benefit of my other creditors as to the balance
share and share alike subject only to such priority
as may be established by law as to the said balance
And I hereby authorize and empower the said
Zachariah Falk and any agent of his designated
by him in writing to sell and dispose of the said
property at either public or private sale for the pur-
poses aforesaid and in the manner deemed by him
the said Zachariah Falk or his said agent most
advantageous. I hereby authorize and empower
the said Zachariah Falk to collect either personally
or by his authorized agent for the purposes and trusts
hereinbefore mentioned all of the claims notes and
accounts due me for merchandise heretofore
bought from the said Store. In Witness Whereof I
