proof and acknowledgement of deeds etc to be used
and recorded in said State of Florida George H. Rich
to me well known to be the person who executed the
foregoing assignment by him sealed and Subscribed
and the said George H. Rich acknowledged the execu-
tion thereof to be his free act and deed, for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I George H. Rich (Bachelor) of the State and County
aforesaid for and in Consideration of the Sum of
one dollar to me in hand on this day paid by Zach-
ariah Falk of the City of Savannah and State of
Georgia have granted bargained and Sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and Convey to the said
Zachariah Falk all the following described pieces
parcels or tracts of land to wit: one half undivided in-
terest in Block Six (6) Range Two of the town of Gaines-
ville according to the original Survey of the said
Town of Gainesville - Also the following described
lots tracts or pieces of land to wit: Lots one (1) Two (2)
Three (3) four (4) five (5) Six (6) Seven 7, Eight (8) Nine (9)
Ten (10) Eleven (11) Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) all in
Block Four and Range Two of an Eastern addition
to the town of Gainesville as Surveyed by Joseph
Voyle and particularly known as Doig and Robertsons ad-
dition to the Town of Gainesville all of said land being
in Alachua County State of Florida. To have and to hold
the same to him the said Zachariah Falk in Trust
for the Creditors of the said George H. Rich I the said
George H. Rich hereby authorize the said Zachariah
