Falk to sell the said above described lands as he
the said Zachariah Falk may deem best and to the
best advantage for the said Creditors the proceeds of
said sale to be applied pro Rata to the payment of
the creditors of the said George H. Rich after
first paying all expenses incident herewith the
residue if any to be paid to the said George H. Rich

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we James Doig and Francis W. Doig his wife
(who joins her husband in the execution of this
Conveyance for the purpose of renouncing and relin-
quishing all her right of dower in and to the lands
hereinafter Conveyed) for and in Consideration of
the sum of Four hundred dollars to us in
hand paid by George H. Rich the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and Conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain bargain Sell and Convey unto him
the said George H. Rich and his heirs and assigns
in fee simple forever the following described Lots
of land Situated and lying in an Eastern addition
to the Town of Gainesville Florida as Surveyed by
