Joseph Voyle and popularly known as Doig and
Robertsons addition to the town of Gainesville and
particularly described as follows to wit Lots one
(1) Two(2) Three(3) four(4) five(5) Six(6) Seven(7) Eight(8) Nine
(9) Ten(10) Eleven(11) Twelve(12) and Thirteen all in
Block Four and Range Two(2) of the said addition
to the Town of Gainesville. To have and to hold all
and Singular the above granted bargained and
described premises together with the tenements appur-
tenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in
anywise appurtaining unto the said George H. Rich
his heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever And the
title to the said above described premises we the
said James Doig and Francis W. Doig his wife
unto the said George H. Rich his heirs and assigns
will forever warrant and defend against ourselves
our heirs and assigns and against all persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming the Same. In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals

Alachua County } Before me personally came James
Doig and Francis W. Doig his wife and acknowledged
before me that they executed the foregoing deed of Con-
veyance for the uses and purposes therein Contained and
expressed. Also came the said Frances W. Doig who being
by me first examined separate and apart from her hus-
band acknowledged that she executed the Same
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
all her dower or right of dower in and to the lands in
said Conveyance described and that she did the Same
freely and voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband F.W. Doig
Taken acknowledged and
Subscribed before me this
18th day of Feby AD 1879
I hereby Certify that the foregoing acknowledgement
and renunciation of Dower was taken before me
