            Mrs Caroline Thompson to W.H. Thompson
                   "Release of Dower"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Caroline
Alachua County   } Thompson being desirous of fully clearing up the title to
the lands hereinafter described and whereas my husband John E. Thompson
sold the lands hereinafter described to W.H. Thompson during his life time and
whereas I failed to renounce my dower and right of Dower on the same,
Therefore Know all men by these presents that I Caroline Thompson in
consideration of the premises and of the further consideration of one Dollar
to me in hand paid do renounce release relinquish and forever quit
claim unto the said W.H. Thompson all my right title and interest
of Dower in or to all of the following described lands to wit The South East
Quarter of the South East quarter of Section nineteen (19) Township nine (9)
Range Twenty (20) containing Forty acres more or less. To have and to hold
the same unto him the said W.H. Thompson in fee simple absolute forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
22 day of Oct AD 1881

therein contained and expressed and that he together with S.M. Thompson
