             W.H. Thompson to O.B. Thomas
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents, That I W.H. Thompson (Bachelor)
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the
sum of Eighty four dollars to me in hand paid by O.B. Thomas of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
Sell and convey unto her the said O.B. Thomas all of that Certain lot, piece, tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua, in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit: The South
East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Nineteen (19) Township Nine
(9) South of Rane Twenty (20) East Situate in said County and State and
Containing by estimation Forty acres of land more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto
her the said O.B. Thomas and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute. And I the said W.H. Thompson do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said O.B. Thomas that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever; that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said O.B. Thomas
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
Claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
Set my hand and affix my seal on this 21st day of October AD 1881
